Here is the story of "Enema
Party"
Some
time in the late 80's I was concerned about helping lot of
people to avoid colds, flu, and so on. Now I had been taught
well from two books that the use of enemas prevents many types
of diseases. One of the books is "The
Essene Gospel of Peace", by Edmond Bordeaux
Szekely, and the other one was "Back
to Eden" by Jethro Kloss. These are both
wonderful and helpful books.
I found to my disappointment that the folks, whom I tried to
help, by sharing this knowledge about enemas with them, were
unreasonable and detested the idea emotionally, of taking an
enema. Thus I formed a notion that it would be good, if,
somehow, enemas were made to be emotionally acceptable to
people. Therefore I wrote this comedy song, "Enema
Party."
The third verse of the song follows a pattern of some 50's
songs, mentioning classical characters (Venus de Milo comes to
mind) and inventing ludicrous scenarios involving them. In the
case of Venus de Milo, the song says that she lost both of her
arms in a wrestling match, for example. Thus it was that I made
the third verse about the 12 labors of Heracles.
Some day I would like to do an entire album, "Songs in the
Interest of Public Health." When I do, the song "Enema
Party" is likely to be included therein.
